Fat: 37.11g | Prot: 69.19g | Carb: 187.75g.   Breakfast:  2% Milk American Cheese Singles, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Egg, Hearty Grains 100% Whole Wheat English Muffins, mocha hot chocolate, Ready Crisp Premium Cut Bacon. Lunch:  Baked lays, Broccoli, Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless), Sole (Fish). Dinner:  Barbecue Sauce - Original, Deli Flats 100 Calorie Thin Rolls - Soft 100% Whole Wheat, Deli Sliced Ham, Macaroni or Noodles with Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Apples, Baby Carrots, Butterscotch Hard Candy, nature valley oats n honey.
