Fat: 48.30g | Prot: 58.79g | Carb: 251.09g.   Breakfast:  Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice, Plain Yogurt, Soy Bread. Lunch:  Baked potatoes, Chicken Thigh (Skin Not Eaten), Lettuce. Dinner:  Carrot fries, Garlic, Lowfat Plain Yogurt, Tartar Sauce, Toasted Rye Bread. Snacks/Other:  Lemonade.
