Fat: 102.48g | Prot: 116.48g | Carb: 136.62g.   Breakfast:  Firm Silken Tofu , Organic Original Soymilk, Coffee, smart balance cooking spray, Real Eggs. Lunch:  Chicken Stir Fry. Dinner:  Tortilla, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken, Cheddar Cheese, Guacamole with Tomatoes, Sour Cream, Baked Tostitos Scoops. Snacks/Other:  Nestlé abuelita chocolate, Soy Milk , Peanut Butter, Snack Cracker.
