Lunch:  Boiled Ripe Plantain, Chayote (Fruit, Without Salt, Drained, Boiled, Cooked), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Cooked Carrots, Puerto Rican Style Stewed Pork. Dinner:  Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Ground Beef (95% Lean / 5% Fat, Patty, Cooked, Broiled), Lettuce, Tomatoes.
