Fat: 115.45g | Prot: 81.16g | Carb: 174.24g.   Breakfast:  Chocolate Frosted Donut, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Granulated Sugar, Non-Dairy Creamer, Extra Rich!. Lunch:  Ruffles, Cheddar & Sour Cream, St. Louis Ribs. Dinner:  Mexican Casserole made with Ground Beef, Beans, Tomato Sauce, Cheese, Taco Seasonings and Corn Chips. Snacks/Other:  Clementines.
