Fat: 77.11g | Prot: 181.75g | Carb: 276.21g.   Breakfast:  Turkey Sausage, 100% Whole Grain Oatmeal, blueberries, Eggs w 100mg Omega 3, Egg White. Lunch:  100% Whole Wheat Sliced Bread, Natural Peanut Butter with Honey, asian pear, yoplait pineapple, Chocolate Soymilk. Dinner:  Baby Spinach (cooked), Wild Pink Salmon, Mediterranean Quinoa, Extra Light Olive Oil, salt, blue moon beer, Kale (cooked). Snacks/Other:  Whey Protein - Strawberry, Sugar Free Calcium Chews, Diet Mountain Dew, Strawberry Mini Spooners, Mountain Trail Mix.
