Fat: 77.11g | Prot: 181.75g | Carb: 276.21g.   Breakfast:  100% Whole Grain Oatmeal, blueberries, Egg White, Eggs w 100mg Omega 3, Turkey Sausage. Lunch:  100% Whole Wheat Sliced Bread, asian pear, Chocolate Soymilk, Natural Peanut Butter with Honey, yoplait pineapple. Dinner:  Baby Spinach (cooked), blue moon beer, Extra Light Olive Oil, Kale (cooked), Mediterranean Quinoa, salt, Wild Pink Salmon. Snacks/Other:  Diet Mountain Dew, Mountain Trail Mix, Strawberry Mini Spooners, Sugar Free Calcium Chews, Whey Protein - Strawberry.
