Fat: 30.26g | Prot: 50.66g | Carb: 183.57g.   Breakfast:  Egg, Healthy Goodness Fiber for Light Whole Grain Bread, Trop50 Orange Juice No Pulp, Grapefruit. Lunch:  Apples, ISOFLEX Whey Protein Isolate Powder, Frozen Fruit Medley, Bananas, Pears, Strawberries. Dinner:  Polish Kielbasa, Brown Rice, Black Beans, Red Kidney Beans, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Fat Free Italian Anything Dressing. Snacks/Other:  Silky Smooth Dark Chocolate Bar, Chocolate Fudge Low Fat Ice Cream Bar.
