Fat: 30.26g | Prot: 50.66g | Carb: 183.57g.   Breakfast:  Egg, Grapefruit, Healthy Goodness Fiber for Light Whole Grain Bread, Trop50 Orange Juice No Pulp. Lunch:  Apples, Bananas, Frozen Fruit Medley, ISOFLEX Whey Protein Isolate Powder, Pears, Strawberries. Dinner:  Black Beans, Brown Rice, Fat Free Italian Anything Dressing, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Polish Kielbasa, Red Kidney Beans. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Fudge Low Fat Ice Cream Bar, Silky Smooth Dark Chocolate Bar.
