Fat: 36.57g | Prot: 45.84g | Carb: 258.61g.   Breakfast:  banana, Coffee, craisin, Kirland walnuts, No Calorie Sweetener Packets, quaker oatmeal instant packet. Lunch:  baken-ets pork skin, progresso light. Dinner:  Spicy Mongolian Noodle Bowl, Top Ramen Beef Flavor Oodles Of Noodles Soup. Snacks/Other:  94% Fat Free Microwave Butter Popcorn, dinner mint, G2 Fruit Punch, Low Fat Ice Cream Sandwiches - Chocolate Peanut Butter, Wheat Thins Sundried Tomato & Basil.
