Lunch:  Whole Wheat Bread, Chicken Breast, Mayonnaise. Dinner:  Bulgur, Plain Yogurt, White Bread, Goose Liver Pate (Pate De Foie Gras, Smoked Canned). Snacks/Other:  Milk Chocolate Candies, Crackers, 90 Calorie Brownies - Chocolate Chip Cookie.
