Fat: 109.39g | Prot: 77.80g | Carb: 60.85g.   Breakfast:  Butter Land O Lakes, Onion, Sartori , Sauerkraut Libby, Spinach, Turkey. Lunch:  100 cal almonds, Babybel, Hamburger Meat, Pickles. Dinner:  Celery, Crispy Sauerkraut, Egg, Ham, Land O Lakes Whipped Butter, Laughing Cow, Onion. Snacks/Other:  Dark Chocolate Almond Spread, Smart Balance Peanut Butter.
