Fat: 100.94g | Prot: 125.74g | Carb: 288.56g.   Breakfast:  Crunchy Granola Bars - Oats 'N Dark Chocolate. Lunch:  Walnuts, Dried Cranberries (Sweetened), Young Green Onions (Tops Only), Oven Roasted Chicken Breast, Real Mayonnaise with Omega 3, Red Onions, Hearts of Romaine, Select 100% Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins, Banana, Light & Fit Yogurt - Vanilla, Captain's Wafers Cream Cheese & Chives Crackers. Dinner:  Italian Flatbread Focaccia, Pulled Pork, Deli Sliced Ham, Swiss Cheese, Mustard, Mixed Salad Greens, Vinaigrette Dressing, Baked, Breaded or Fried Cheese Nuggets or Pieces, Mango Martini. Snacks/Other:  Cranberry Juice Cocktail.
