Fat: 100.94g | Prot: 125.74g | Carb: 288.56g.   Breakfast:  Crunchy Granola Bars - Oats 'N Dark Chocolate. Lunch:  Banana, Captain's Wafers Cream Cheese & Chives Crackers, Dried Cranberries (Sweetened), Hearts of Romaine, Light & Fit Yogurt - Vanilla, Oven Roasted Chicken Breast, Real Mayonnaise with Omega 3, Red Onions, Select 100% Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins, Walnuts, Young Green Onions (Tops Only). Dinner:  Baked, Breaded or Fried Cheese Nuggets or Pieces, Deli Sliced Ham, Italian Flatbread Focaccia, Mango Martini, Mixed Salad Greens, Mustard, Pulled Pork, Swiss Cheese, Vinaigrette Dressing. Snacks/Other:  Cranberry Juice Cocktail.
