Fat: 81.63g | Prot: 80.89g | Carb: 168.70g.   Breakfast:  Cheddar Cheese , Real Eggs, Fat Free italian Sweet Creme Liquid, smart balance cooking spray, Coffee, Organic Original Soymilk, Firm Silken Tofu . Lunch:  Cheesy Nachos. Dinner:  Baked Potato Stuffed with Sour Cream (Peel Eaten), Chicken Stir Fry. Snacks/Other:  Fruit on the Bottom Yogurt - Strawberry, Bread.
