Lunch:  Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, Stone ground whole wheat. Dinner:  Broccoli, Chicken, Pork Roast. Snacks/Other:  Almond Milk, Amino Acids Bad Blend, creamy whey protien, Creamy Whey Protien, Jack3d, Liver Pills, Triple Threat - Caramel Peanut Fusion.
