Fat: 107.23g | Prot: 113.40g | Carb: 390.99g.   Breakfast:  Skimmed Milk, Minis Chocolate Chip, fat free cheddar, whole weat toast. Lunch:  weat bread subway, beef, cheddar, multigrain chips, beans, lentils, chickpeas, rice. Dinner:  yoghurt, whole wheat toast, hummus, dolma. Snacks/Other:  canderel, Coco Pops Snack Bar, Pick Up, doughnut, multigrain chips.
