Fat: 35.77g | Prot: 76.59g | Carb: 140.52g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), mocha hot chocolate, skim milk, total raisin bran cereal. Lunch:  canned tuna, egg, lettuce, mayo, lemon juice, celery, hot sauce, tomato, saltines. Dinner:  pork roast, whole wheat tortilla, cabbage, marzettis, cheddar cheese. Snacks/Other:  apple, baby carrots.
