Lunch:  KRO LOWFAT COTTAGE CHS, 100% Whole Wheat Sliced Bread, kraft light mayo olive oil, spinach, boars head jerk turkey, boars head chipotle gouda, tomato, Natural Peanut Butter with Honey. Dinner:  mushrooms, onion, red pepper, Sockarooni Pasta Sauce, baby spinach, Turkey Meatballs, Healthy Harvest Whole Grain Spaghetti, 100% Whole Wheat Sliced Bread, shedds spread light. Snacks/Other:  Whey Protein - Strawberry, Fruit Punch Creatine, Multigrain spooners, asian pear, Strawberry Mini Spooners.
