Fat: 80.30g | Prot: 95.40g | Carb: 259.55g.   Breakfast:  Butter (Gesalzen), Honig, Jogurti , Marmelade, Mehrkornbrot. Lunch:  Butter (Gesalzen), Geschälte Tomaten in Tomatensaft, Kristallzucker, Möhren, Parmesan, Penne, Porree, Rote Paprika, Salz, Tomaten, Weißkohl, Zwiebeln. Dinner:  Camembert der Rahmige, Mehrkornbrot, Münster Käse (Fettarm), Speise Quark Magerstufe. Snacks/Other:  Cabernet Sauvignon, Küsschen.
