Fat: 134.46g | Prot: 84.03g | Carb: 455.37g.   Breakfast:  Coffee with Cream and Sugar, Multi Grain Cheerios, Orange Juice . Lunch:  Crusty Rolls, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat), Scallops with Potatoes and Vegetable (Frozen Meal), Baked Beans, Caesar Salad Dressing, Caesar Salad with Romaine, Chocolate Cake (with Chocolate Frosting), Apple Pie, Vanilla Ice Creams. Dinner:  Grape Soda, Dinner Rolls, Cheese, White Table Wine. Snacks/Other:  Pecan Pie (Individual Size or Tart).
