Fat: 101.11g | Prot: 101.64g | Carb: 342.61g.   Breakfast:  Minis Chocolate Chip, Skimmed Milk, egg mcmuffin, hashbrown , halloumi, white bread, minute maid orange. Lunch:  chickpeas, lentils, beans, rice, mashed potato, beef. Snacks/Other:  granola almond nature valley, Multigrain Chips, banana, apple, chocolate cheesecake.
