Fat: 101.11g | Prot: 101.64g | Carb: 342.61g.   Breakfast:  egg mcmuffin, halloumi, hashbrown , Minis Chocolate Chip, minute maid orange, Skimmed Milk, white bread. Lunch:  beans, beef, chickpeas, lentils, mashed potato, rice. Snacks/Other:  apple, banana, chocolate cheesecake, granola almond nature valley, Multigrain Chips.
