Lunch:  20 oz water, cucumber, fit & active fat free zesty italian, happy farms mexican style cheese, hard boiled egg white, peas, romaine lettuce bonipak, spinach. Dinner:  Bottled Water (20 oz), Broccoli, Filet of Beef Tenderloin (98% Fat Free). Snacks/Other:  amplify smoothie, Beef Summer Sausage, Bottled Water (20 oz), Natural Colby Cheese, Roasted Salted Almonds SB-858797, Sugar Free Chocolates, Sugar Free Peanut Butter Cups Miniatures.
