Fat: 67.35g | Prot: 84.27g | Carb: 152.57g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, No Calorie Sweetener Packets, Buttermilk Pancake Mix, Hard Boiled Egg Whites, SPRNGTREE PURE MAPLE SYRUP-DO. Lunch:  Franz 100% whole wheat bread, Black Forest Deli Ham, Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, Mustard, Tomatoes, Lettuce, Avocados, Cucumber (Peeled). Dinner:  Classic Garden Salad, Salted Tortilla Chips, Sour Cream, Fresh Cut Salsa, Tomatoes, Extra Lean Ground Beef. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Crystal Light on the Go Sugar Free packets, Fuji Apples, Light Beer, Chocolate Ice Creams.
