Fat: 75.56g | Prot: 84.46g | Carb: 229.22g.   Breakfast:  Plain Pancakes, Chocolate Chips, Mozzarella Cheese, Crackers. Lunch:  Spaghetti, Spaghetti/Marinara Pasta Sauce, Plain Yogurt, Milk Chocolate Candies, Whole Wheat Bread. Dinner:  Flour Tortilla, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Mayonnaise, Beer. Snacks/Other:  Cool Ranch Tortilla Chips (28.3g), Plain Pancakes.
