Fat: 76.67g | Prot: 61.24g | Carb: 168.79g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Firm Silken Tofu, Organic Original Soymilk, smart balance cooking spray, Tomatoes. Lunch:  Carrots , Croutons, Feta Cheese , Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Tomatoes, Vinaigrette Dressing. Dinner:  Combo Pizza. Snacks/Other:  PB&J Sandwich Crackers, Quinoa Macaroon Cookies.
