Fat: 32.59g | Prot: 115.36g | Carb: 185.09g.   Lunch:  Extra Lean Pork Teriyaki Tenderloin, Chicken or Turkey Teriyaki (Chicken or Turkey with Soy-Based Sauce), Mixed Vegetables (Corn, Lima Beans, Peas, Green Beans, Carrots) (No Salt Added, Canned), Espresso Coffee. Snacks/Other:  Apple, Blue Cheese, and Pecan Salad, Chicken Breast, Beef, Shrimp Cocktail (Shrimp with Cocktail Sauce), Vodka, Tonic Water.
