Fat: 145.51g | Prot: 148.29g | Carb: 99.81g.   Breakfast:  cashews, Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked), uncured ham, cheddar, krave, tomatillo, chicken, canned tomato, Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat), Avocados, Bacon (Cured, Pan-Fried, Cooked), Red Onions, Sweet Potato Fries, Almonds & Sea Salt in 55% Dark Chocolate, Whole Milk Mozzarella Cheese, Balsamic Glaze, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Thigh.
