Fat: 59.41g | Prot: 87.68g | Carb: 206.81g.   Breakfast:  Really Nutty Muesli, Total 0% Greek Yogurt. Lunch:  Fried Egg with Fat, Sliced Ham, Smooth No Bits, Whole Wheat Bread. Dinner:  Butter, Leeks, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Sliced Ham, Whole Wheat Bread, Wine. Snacks/Other:  1% Fat Milk, Choc Mint Instant Hot Chocolate Drink, Classic Collection Chocolate, Milk Chocolate Digestive Biscuits.
