Fat: 49.10g | Prot: 58.28g | Carb: 204.36g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Fat Free italian Sweet Creme Liquid, Real Eggs, smart balance cooking spray, torta roll. Lunch:  Lobster Ravioli. Dinner:  Clam Chowder, Macaroni or Pasta Salad with Tuna, Saltine Crackers. Snacks/Other:  Blueberry Cake Donut.
