Fat: 60.60g | Prot: 138.07g | Carb: 122.21g.   Breakfast:  Garlic , Butter , Cherry Tomatoes, Young Green Onions (Tops Only) , Mushrooms , 100% Liquid Egg Whites, Yellow Cling Sliced Peaches with Splenda. Lunch:  Bella Romaine, Cucumber (Peeled) , Rotisserie Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Classic Ranch Yogurt Dressing, Honey Barbecue Sauce, Tomatoes. Dinner:  Beef Chuck (Shoulder Clod, Top Blade Steak, Trimmed to 0" Fat), Scalloped Potato, Butter (Salted), Garlic, Chives, Mild BBQ Sauce. Snacks/Other:  Honeycrisp Apples, Seafood Cocktail Sauce, Steamed or Boiled Shrimp, Greek 100 Yogurt - Honey Vanilla.
