Fat: 60.60g | Prot: 138.07g | Carb: 122.21g.   Breakfast:  100% Liquid Egg Whites, Butter , Cherry Tomatoes, Garlic , Mushrooms , Yellow Cling Sliced Peaches with Splenda, Young Green Onions (Tops Only) . Lunch:  Bella Romaine, Classic Ranch Yogurt Dressing, Cucumber (Peeled) , Honey Barbecue Sauce, Rotisserie Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Tomatoes. Dinner:  Beef Chuck (Shoulder Clod, Top Blade Steak, Trimmed to 0" Fat), Butter (Salted), Chives, Garlic, Mild BBQ Sauce, Scalloped Potato. Snacks/Other:  Greek 100 Yogurt - Honey Vanilla, Honeycrisp Apples, Seafood Cocktail Sauce, Steamed or Boiled Shrimp.
