Lunch: Beef Top Sirloin (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Select Grade), Ratatouille, Red Table Wine. Dinner: Braised Chicken Liver, Caipirinha, Lamb Chop, Ratatouille, Red Table Wine.
