Fat: 138.95g | Prot: 176.04g | Carb: 244.04g.   Breakfast:  Bacon, Beef Sausage Patty or Link, Cooked Green Banana in Salt Water, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Cheese, Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice, Tropical Fruit Salad (Pineapple Papaya Banana and Guava, Solids and Liquids, Heavy Syrup, Canned). Lunch:  Beef Top Sirloin (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Select Grade), Ratatouille, Red Table Wine. Dinner:  Braised Chicken Liver, Caipirinha, Lamb Chop, Ratatouille, Red Table Wine.
