Fat: 147.65g | Prot: 110.21g | Carb: 252.27g.   Breakfast:  Minis Chocolate Chip, Skimmed Milk, omelette, hashbrown, toast, butter, jam. Lunch:  chicken caesar salad. Dinner:  whole wheat toast, mortadella. Snacks/Other:  chocolate english cake, granola almond nature valley.
