Fat: 106.16g | Prot: 38.26g | Carb: 356.90g.   Breakfast:  Apple Fritter, Chocolate Frosted Donut, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Granulated Sugar, Non-Dairy Creamer, Extra Rich!. Lunch:  Homestyle Microwave Popcorn (Pop Secret). Dinner:  Milk (Fat Free or Skim, Calcium Fortified), Raisin Bran Cereal. Snacks/Other:  Brownies, Chocolate Syrup, Clementines, Tagalongs, Vanilla Ice Creams.
