Lunch:  100% Whole Wheat Sliced Bread, asian pear, Natural Peanut Butter with Honey, trumoo, yoplait pineapple. Dinner:  14" Hand Tossed Cheese Pizza, broccoli, Extra Light Olive Oil, salt, Wild Atlantic Salmon. Snacks/Other:  coke zero, Fruit Punch Creatine, Smart Pop! 94% Fat Free Kettle Korn, Sugar Free Calcium Chews, Whey Protein - Chocolate.
