Lunch:  Natural Peanut Butter with Honey, 100% Whole Wheat Sliced Bread, trumoo, yoplait pineapple, asian pear. Dinner:  Wild Atlantic Salmon, broccoli, Extra Light Olive Oil, 14" Hand Tossed Cheese Pizza, salt. Snacks/Other:  Whey Protein - Chocolate, Fruit Punch Creatine, coke zero, Sugar Free Calcium Chews, Smart Pop! 94% Fat Free Kettle Korn.
