Fat: 28.12g | Prot: 58.82g | Carb: 256.96g.   Breakfast:  Oranges. Lunch:  Cheddar Cheese, Oats, Skim or Nonfat Milk (0.5% or Less Butterfat), Sugar, Whole Wheat Bread, Yellow Whole Grain Corn Meal. Dinner:  Brown Rice, Cabbage, Cooked Dry or Black, Brown or Bayo Beans (Fat Not Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other:  Dried Mixed Fruit, Milk Chocolate, Mixed Nuts.
