Fat: 42.49g | Prot: 60.62g | Carb: 210.66g.   Breakfast:  100% Whole Grain Oatmeal, Orange Juice. Lunch:  chicken breast, spaghetti. Dinner:  Lettuce Salad with Egg, Cheese, Tomato, and/or Carrots, Ranch Salad Dressing, Lobster Ravioli, French Bread. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Nestlé abuelita chocolate, 2% Fat Milk.
