Fat: 94.57g | Prot: 119.42g | Carb: 96.54g.   Breakfast:  Bacon, Beef Sausage Patty or Link, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Ham or Bacon, Passion Fruit Juice. Lunch:  Coconut Crusted Shrimp, Pumpkin Soup. Dinner:  Baked or Broiled Lobster, Ratatouille, Red Table Wine, Shrimp & Crab Gratin, Tempura Shrimp.
