Fat: 69.13g | Prot: 114.53g | Carb: 304.42g.   Breakfast:  egg, fat free cheddar, Minis Chocolate Chip, Skimmed Milk, whole weat toast. Lunch:  cheddar, turkey strip, weat bread subway. Dinner:  chicken, mortadella, pomegranate sauce, rice, whole wheat toast. Snacks/Other:  chocolate, Multigrain Chips, Pick Up.
