Fat: 33.89g | Prot: 41.14g | Carb: 163.86g.   Breakfast:  2% Milk American Cheese Singles, banana, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), egg beaters southwestern, Hearty Grains 100% Whole Wheat English Muffins, mocha hot chocolate, Ready Crisp Premium Cut Bacon. Lunch:  baby carrots, baby spinach, cheddar cheese, cucumbers, Fat Free Catalina Salad Dressing, ham, red leaf lettuce. Dinner:  brownie, butter, coffee, sourdough bread, Vegetable Soup (Home Recipe). Snacks/Other:  apple, strawberries.
