Fat: 33.89g | Prot: 41.14g | Carb: 163.86g.   Breakfast:  Hearty Grains 100% Whole Wheat English Muffins, Ready Crisp Premium Cut Bacon, 2% Milk American Cheese Singles, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), mocha hot chocolate, egg beaters southwestern, banana. Lunch:  cheddar cheese, ham, cucumbers, red leaf lettuce, baby carrots, baby spinach, Fat Free Catalina Salad Dressing. Dinner:  Vegetable Soup (Home Recipe), coffee, brownie, sourdough bread, butter. Snacks/Other:  strawberries, apple.
