Fat: 18.95g | Prot: 44.74g | Carb: 129.60g.   Breakfast:  Almond Breeze Original Unsweetened Non-Dairy Beverage, Baby Spinach, Bananas , organic whole flaxseed, Unsweetened Frozen Strawberries. Lunch:  Peeled Baby-cut Carrots, Pork Chops (Top Loin, Boneless) , Sweet Potato (Without Skin, Cooked, Boiled) . Dinner:  Pork Chop. Snacks/Other:  Clif Bar - Chocolate Chip, Greek 100 Yogurt - Vanilla (Yoplait), Green Tea with Pomegranate.
