Fat: 38.42g | Prot: 71.11g | Carb: 227.15g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Dried Cranberries, Joghurt 0.1% fat, Müsli, Reduced Fat Milk, Succo Arancia Rossa. Lunch:  Broccoli, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Fish Cake or Patty, Pears, Tomatoes. Dinner:  Ciabatta, Körniger Frischkäse Light, Oranges, Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Popsicle (Sugar Free).
