Fat: 42.89g | Prot: 58.35g | Carb: 155.70g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, craisins, No Calorie Sweetener Packets, quaker instant oatmeal. Lunch:  chicken pesto sandwich, kettle potato chips. Dinner:  Avocados, Black Forest Deli Ham, Cucumber (Peeled), Franz 100% whole wheat bread, Lettuce, Mustard, Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, Salted Tortilla Chips, Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  Fudge Bars (No Sugar Added), Samoas.
