Fat: 56.39g | Prot: 77.99g | Carb: 248.06g.   Breakfast:  Oranges. Lunch:  Chicken Breast Meat, Cheddar Cheese, Kidney Beans (without Salt, Cooked, Boiled), Brown Rice, Egg, Sugar, Broccoli. Dinner:  Salmon Sushi, Cooked Mixed Vegetables (Corn, Lima Beans, Peas, Green Beans and Carrots, Fat Added in Cooking, Miso Soup. Snacks/Other:  Shortbread, Milk Chocolate with Almonds, Mixed Nuts.
