Fat: 96.33g | Prot: 76.02g | Carb: 179.29g.   Breakfast:  Whole Wheat Bread, Egg, Reduced Fat Crumbled Feta Cheese, Deli Sliced Ham. Lunch:  White Bread, Peanut Butter, Hazelnut Spread, Cream Cheese. Dinner:  Beef, Mixed Vegetables (Solids and Liquids, Canned), Olive Oil, Plain Yogurt, Couscous (Cooked). Snacks/Other:  Cream Substitute (Liquid), 90 Calorie Brownies - Chocolate Chip Cookie, Honey.
