Fat: 38.97g | Prot: 66.96g | Carb: 356.01g.   Breakfast:  Apple Juice, dried apricots, Natural Muesli (No Added Sugar), Orange Juice, Pumpkin Seeds. Lunch:  Braeburn Apples, Dijon Mustard, Fruit Yogurt (Lowfat, 11g Protein Per 8oz), Multigrain Bread, Navels Oranges, Smoked or Cured Ham. Dinner:  Garlic & Coriander Naan, Lentil Dahl. Snacks/Other:  Bananas (Large), Carrot Cake Slice, Date and Pecan Bars, Pears.
