Fat: 38.97g | Prot: 66.96g | Carb: 356.01g.   Breakfast:  Apple Juice, Orange Juice, dried apricots, Pumpkin Seeds, Natural Muesli (No Added Sugar). Lunch:  Smoked or Cured Ham, Multigrain Bread, Fruit Yogurt (Lowfat, 11g Protein Per 8oz), Navels Oranges, Dijon Mustard, Braeburn Apples. Dinner:  Lentil Dahl, Garlic & Coriander Naan. Snacks/Other:  Pears, Bananas (Large), Carrot Cake Slice, Date and Pecan Bars.
