Fat: 157.81g | Prot: 210.12g | Carb: 168.50g.   Breakfast:  Passion Fruit Juice, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Ham or Bacon, Beef Sausage Patty or Link, Bacon, Beef. Lunch:  Pumpkin Soup, Pasta with Vegetables, Baked or Broiled Salmon, Ratatouille. Dinner:  Beef Inside Skirt Steak (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat), Puerto Rican Style Fried Green Plantain (Tostones), Shrimp & Crab Gratin, Red Table Wine. Snacks/Other:  Jalapeno Potato Crisps.
