Fat: 42.49g | Prot: 38.75g | Carb: 113.40g.   Breakfast:  starbucks grande soy. Lunch:  brownie, cucumber, feta cheese, italian dressing, Lamb, lettuce, olives, onions, tomatoes. Dinner:  chicken thigh, grape tomatoes, Mixed Salad Greens, Olive Oil, Skinless Chicken Breast, soy sauce, Teriyaki Sauce, water, White Rice. Snacks/Other:  brownie, glazed walnuts, grapes, margarita.
