Fat: 62.15g | Prot: 279.78g | Carb: 381.23g.   Breakfast:  Milk (Nonfat), Butterbread, ON 100% Whey. Lunch:  Classic Favorites Swedish Meatballs, Greek Yogurt, Light String Cheese. Dinner:  Vegetable Spring Roll, Turkey Pepperoni, Grilled Chicken Breast, Sushi with Vegetables and Seafood. Snacks/Other:  Irish Cider, Blackened Fish Taco.
