Fat: 29.32g | Prot: 87.56g | Carb: 261.16g.   Breakfast:  grapes, pineapple, scrambled eggs. Lunch:  L'oven Fresh Everything Bagels, Healthy Request Mexican Style Chicken Tortilla Soup. Dinner:  Salmon Filets, Brussels Sprouts, Sweet Potato, Brown Sugar, Margarine, Peach Greek Yogurt. Snacks/Other:  Sugar, Milk (Nonfat), Tea (Brewed), Tea (Brewed), Milk (Nonfat), Sugar, Clif Bar - Oatmeal Raisin Walnut.
