Fat: 94.14g | Prot: 186.43g | Carb: 72.09g.   Breakfast:  Cheddar Style Shreds, 100% Liquid Egg Whites. Lunch:  Tongal Tuna, Sweet Pickle Relish, Real Mayonnaise, Roasted Light Turkey Meat. Dinner:  Catfish, Mushrooms, White Rice, Extra Lean Ground Beef. Snacks/Other:  Raw Protein, Unsweetened Flax Milk, SunButter, Chocolate Chips, 7 Sprouted Grains Bread.
