Fat: 75.14g | Prot: 46.97g | Carb: 298.60g.   Breakfast:  Chocolate Frosted Donut, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Granulated Sugar, Non-Dairy Creamer, Extra Rich!. Lunch:  completes, spaghetti with meat sauce. Dinner:  Milk (Fat Free or Skim, Calcium Fortified), Raisin Bran Cereal. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Syrup, Peanut Butter M&M's (Package), Plums, Sugar Free Hard Candies, Vanilla Ice Creams.
