Dinner:  Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat), Hulled Sunflower Seeds, Pea Soup, Pineapple, Ranch Salad Dressing, Turkey Breast Meat, Vegetable Soup. Snacks/Other:  Apple Cinnamon Non-fat Greek Yogurt, Milk (Fat Free or Skim, Calcium Fortified), Protein Blitz Premium Drink Mix.
